This episode profiles the double murderer, 24 year old David Lee Miller, who shot his 24 year old, 7 month pregnant ex-girlfriend Elizabeth Walters, and the attempted murder of her friend in the Parkway Crossing Shopping Center in northeast Baltimore on the morning of June 11, 2007. David became the first person in Maryland's legal history to be charged under it's newly enacted Maryland's Fetal Law. This episode's unsolved homicide profiles the shooting death of transgender Alphonza Watson who was fatally shot in the 2400 block of Guilford Road near Charles Village on March 22, 2017.
