This episode profiles the senseless, horrific murder of Pam Basu, who was dragged to her death by 26-year-old Rodney Eugene Solomon and 16-year-old Bernard Eric Miller on September 8, 1992, in Savage Maryland. After Pam's brutal murder, the word carjacking became a legal term and became a federal crime with a sentence punishable of up to 15 years to life in prison.
This episode also profiles the unsolved shooting murder of 22-year-old Keiosha Moore who was shot in the 5200 block of Fairlawn Avenue on October 28, 2019. Keiosha was the second sister of NBA player Reggie Bullock to lose her life to homicide in Baltimore City.
