This episode profiles the grisly murder of 37-year-old foreign exchange student Kujoe Bonsafo Agyei Kodie, who was beaten and dismembered by 21-year-old Morgan State University electrical engineering student Alexander Kimanthi Kinyua in May of 2012. Alexander admitted to homicide detectives that after cutting and slicing up Kujoe, he ate his heart and parts of his brain.

This episode also profiles the unsolved shooting murder of 22-year-old Daniel Ho Coverston, who was found shot in his apartment in the 7000 block of Lachlan Circle in Towson on February 14, 2009.
