This episode profiles the grisly stabbing parricide murderers 17-year-old Sara Elizabeth Citroni and 19-year-old Jason Aaron Delong who stabbed Jason's mother, 39-year-old Cathryn Brace Farrar and his stepfather 35-year-old George William Wahl at their apartment in Westminster on July 29, 1993. After stabbing Jason's mother and stepfather over 100 times, both Sara and Jason drove to Florida where they were arrested and flown back to Maryland to face murder charges.

This episode also profiles the unsolved shooting murder of 35-year-old Rodney Bryan who was found shot to death in his apartment in the 600 block of Clover Crest Road in Cockeysville, on December 19, 1999.
